Review per line item all the documents
Forward all the Documents to Quality Assurance Team

Quality Assurance Committee

Check and finalize all the documents per line item.
Forward to the Auditor together with the OA Manager.
If the auditor need additional / edit the draft. Comply the final copy.

SLA/ Supplier Committee

Check all the existing contract if all is aligned or valid.
Check all the requirements of contractors.
Ensure the compliance of all service providers.

Budget Review Committee

Prepare Annual Budget.
Check the budget.
Finalize the budget.
